THE TOMB OF DARYA KHAN                       (GBSTNV)

-date-1526A.D.

-stands on raised platform

-dedicated to darya khan-an employer in the court of sultan mahmud 2

-faced with red masonary and decorated with coloured enamels

-domes-small-at 4 corners surrounding the main dome

             -remind of tomb of hoshang shah ,but here dome

              is rather clumsy

-plan-square

-hall-with arches built across the corners to support the

       dome

-arches-sets with blue tiles

-NOTE-beautiful stone trellis-work fitted into the walls-use-to admit light and air

-as there are many ruined buildings ,once containing gardens and other pleasure houses.
